Cancellation Policy

Effective from 26 September 2025

Rescheduling

You can reschedule a lesson up to 24 hours before the start time. Please use Calendly or email tutor@englishwithmrsstill.co.uk.

Cancelling

• 24+ hours notice: full credit or a new time.
• Under 24 hours: counted as a used session (teacher time reserved).
• No‑show: counted as a used session.

Teacher cancellation

If I need to cancel, you’ll be offered a new time or a full credit/refund for that session.

Packages

Packs are valid for 3 months from purchase unless we agree otherwise. Unused lessons expire after this period.
