“English with Mrs. Still” provides online English lessons for children.

• Parent and learner details you give us (name, email, age, goals, timezone).
• Booking and payment details processed by providers (Calendly, PayPal, Upwork).
• Basic technical logs from this website.

How we use your data

• To arrange and deliver lessons, send confirmations, and provide resources.
• To manage payments and invoices.
• To meet safeguarding and legal/tax duties.

Photos, recordings, and children’s data

• No photos of children are used on this site.
• Lessons are not recorded unless agreed in writing with a parent/guardian.
• Any shared work is anonymised unless parents give clear consent.

Sharing your data

We share data only with services needed to run lessons (e.g. Calendly, PayPal, Upwork, email) and only what is necessary. We do not sell data.

Storage & location

Data may be stored in the UK/EU or outside by our providers with appropriate safeguards.

How long we keep data

As long as needed to provide lessons and for legal/tax reasons, then deleted or anonymised.
